These state-of-the-art, abrasion-resistant, Conductive Carbon Inks provide unparalleled performance benefits such as outstanding durability, high electrical conductivity, resistance against abrasion, and strong adhesion to Silver inks as well as to a variety of polymer substrates like PET and Polyimide.

Additional features of these inks are outstanding fine-line printing, resistance to abrasion, and a wide process window. Furthermore, these Conductive Carbon Inks are highly abrasion-resistant and compatible with MacDermid Alpha’s range of Silver Inks, Dielectric Inks, and Adhesives. This inter-compatible suite of products ensures that our customers achieve robust and reliable device performance.

MacDermid Alpha's Carbon Inks are tailored to meet the varying needs of diverse applications such as printed thick-film circuits, membrane switches, printed heaters, printed flexible sensors, medical sensors, and electrostatic dissipation (ESD). These abrasion-resistant Conductive Carbon Inks are available with several types of Carbon, including Carbon flakes, Carbon nanoparticles, and Graphene-based inks.

MacDermid Alpha's Conductive Carbon Inks can be applied using either screen or stencil printing, as well as Inkjet. They are suitable for use with both polyester and stainless-steel mesh and a wide range of mesh sizes can be employed.

Many compatible substrates can be used, including PET, heat stabilized PET, Polycarbonate (PC), Polyimide (PI), as well as, other substrates and films suitable for printed electronics.
