Alpha is actively participating in the Conflict-Free Tin Initiative1, which was created by the Dutch government to establish a pilot program that aims to create demand for conflict-free tin from the conflict region whose economy has collapsed due to series of severe internal and cross-border conflicts. This initiative is designed to prevent an unintended boycott of minerals from the area due to the increased due diligence required when supplying conflict minerals from the Conflict Countries. For more details on the pilot click here.
Should you require Alpha's current EICC/GeSI reporting template which concisely lists all of our global suppliers of Tin and their status in achieving Conflict Free Smelter certification, other 3rd party audit or their Country Mine of Origins, please contact your local Alpha sales office or click here to fill out contact form for more info. You will automatically receive our updated EICC/GeSI template once you submit your information.
